I’m going to be honest, the gumbo was just OK, and my stomach is sensitive to greens, which I ate anyway and it didn’t go well. Unfortunately, since this is the only vegetarian option, I only stop at Tiana’s Palace for dessert. It also wasn’t as spicy as I thought Tiana would make her gumbo. However, I will say the house gumbo (pictured) is exactly what I thought Tiana’s gumbo would look like, and it smelled excellent.

I wish Tiana had made a vegetarian gumbo in the movie; that way, I would have had an accurate comparison.
