I Found A California Wine Town Thats Not Napa, And Heres Why I Think It Is Worth Checking Out

They also brought in some nostalgia that helped you get a sense of where their wines are from with those old school View Finders. They had photo inserts that featured several different moments of the wine-making process and its history. And, just like at the actual vineyard tastings, the servers were very knowledgeable about the wines, and even had stories behind how some of them were named.
The wines here are all very bold, in my opinion. The whites and reds both had strong, distinct flavors. I typically don’t really taste specific « notes, » but I did feel like I could recognize which fruit and spice characteristics each one had at this tasting. All were very interesting and enjoyable, in my opinion.
You can book a six-glass tasting or a by-the-glass reservation here. I was unable to find the exact pricing for a tasting, but it does not look like payment is needed to make a reservation. They also sell wine by the glass, but they do not offer food or light bites, which I was a little sad about because I always like to have a ~little~ something if a tasting is involved!
