The donut flavors include cinnamon sugar cake, vanilla sprinkled cake, lemon pistachio old-fashioned, coconut cake, glazed old-fashioned, and apple fritter. Three of them are traditional cake donuts; two are blooming cake donuts made with buttermilk and sour cream; and then, of course, there’s the fritter, which is…well, a fritter, and therefore yeasted.
