– 2 tablespoons whole milk Greek yogurt

– ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Roasted Apples

– 1 medium apple, thinly sliced (no need to peel)

– 1 tablespoon melted butter

– 2 teaspoons brown sugar

– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

– ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom

– ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
